How to initiate exoneration services

We will require the following completed documents. Once received, we will immediately begin working your case:

  1. A signed standard contract (with standard fees addendum).
  2. A signed Washington DOL bail bond recovery contract.
  3. A copy of the bond (a certified copy is required if the defendant is located outside of Washington).
  4. A notarized arrest authorization, properly executed (contact us if you need this form).
  5. A clear photograph of the defendant.
  6. A copy of the original bail bond application, indemnitor application(s) and agreements.
  7. Any other available information on the defendant.
